I want to use udf for boundray condition in modeling of blood flow in bypass graft
and i have the c file, but i dont know how to use it in fluent..

If you've got the code, you are almost done!
You just need to either interpret or compile your code using define>user defined...and then hook it up inthe related boundary in boundary condition panel. That's it.
Keep us updated how it goes.
