Hi, what I'm simulating is a regenerative pump using multiple rotating reference frames. Its a simple pump casing and rotating impeller system. I've specified the outlet/inlet of the pump as pressure outlet/inlet, and started off with a 4 psi pressure rise through the pump. I'm using the realizable k epsilon model, with non-equilibrium wall conditions. I have the solver set as second order, SIMPLE and PRESTO! I ran the simulation , with a monitor at the outlet for mass flowrate. I received a "solution is converged" message, but my mass flow at the outlet has not levelled out, in fact it just continues to increase steadily as the calculation goes on. Any ideas on how to achieve convergence on the mass flow, could a poor quality mesh be causing issues maybe?

Solve Monitors Residual...
disable all check convergence And let iterate untill your massflow converges
