Hello everybody,
I am modelling an impinging jet over a flat plate heated. I would like to reach a Y+ value of 1. However The result show a high y+ value above the heated area. Why the temperature has an influence on the y+ value? What is the solution for me, modify my mesh?? Thank you in advance!! Damien Last edited by damienswe; February 25, 2011 at 09:20. |

1. Use an y+ calculator to get an estimate:
http://geolab.larc.nasa.gov/APPS/YPlus/ 2. Your real y+ can be determined only during the calculations. Do |
