Problem with Lisence file for Ansys 12 Release

Hi I installed Ansys 12 Release but when I tried run fluent from the menu programs>ansys 12>fluid dynamics>fluent this error appear to me

have you setup a license server and installed your Ansys supplied license file?

Yes I was installed server but my FLEXlm not running I tried install lisense file but it type me current message:
Invalid license file: The FLEXlm ID in the file did not match the system FLEXlm ID how i can solve this problem? |

So that you have all the details, please refer to the Ansys licensing Installation documentation you can get via the Ansys Customer portal. This will detail for you how to ensure that your license file was requested correctly and if you need to modify the server name or port in the license file.
This error means that the system ID you provided for your license server does not match the server it was installed on. |

Thank you mjgraf for the reply i think the problem in my FLEXlm it's not running inspite it works well yesterday but i do not know why it stopped today hence i sent you the messge that appear to me when i reread lisence manager settings hope you can help me with it:

either the interconnect/flexlm services are not running or there is a problem with the firewall. The interconnect and flexlm logs will provide you more information.
Follow the instructions in the Installation manual and/or contact Ansys support. |

Solved the problem, there were lmgrd processes running at the back end. you have to kill lmgrd processes from command prompt and then run license, it will work fine.
