Transient 2D analysis residual problem !!!

Default Transient 2D analysis residual problem !!!

I'm doing 2D vertical axis wind turbine analysis in FLUENT. In transient calculation i used k-w SST turbulence model. In the residual graphics all residual values are around 10e-4 but only the omega curve is constant at ZERO. And there is one more problem that; it says turbulence viscosity limited to viscosity ratio of 10e5 in ... cell. The cell value is always changing. What do you think? What can be the problem? Here is my residual graphics...
