SST Transition model in Fluent 12.0

Dear Fluent Users
I have question regarding Fluent 12 transition SST model. Do we need to specify the transition onset location and other parameters for this or this model? Or this model automatically calculates all these parameter using gamma and theta equations. Best Regards Far |

It calculates itself.
But as boundary condition velocity inlet, you should define turbulence values. I tried laminar airfoil, and if I leaved at turbulence default values(all of them are 1) I saw almost no laminar zone, but if I give 0 to all, I see laminar flow up to %65. |
