I solve problem adding path for OFED binaries in sge scripts.






Hello,

I have problems to ran fluent, over infiniband has the following error:

Environment:

Centos 5.5
Fluent 12.0.7
OFED 1.5.1

Anyone know any solution for this problems?

Default what's the order you bsubed?

what's the order you bsubed?you can try it with this:
bsub -q normal -n 8 -o log -e err fluent -lsf 3ddp -pib -g -t8 -i ./myinp
