Hello every one,

I am currently working on radiation modeling.It is a 3D problem...my problem is concerned with vertical annulus....i want to know which model is the best one....i am trying with s2s modeling. but i have problems with calculating view factor....somebody please tell me how to calculate view factor....while writing the view factor, the program responded like this:
"Error reading...[name of file]"

and the command window says:

"You must read in a view factors file or disable S2S model before proceeding. Error: Failed while reading view factor file.

Error Object: ()"

what might have gone wrong....

i have also tried to calculate the view factor outside the fluent....but still could not calculate.......

somebody please help me....
