I noticed this happened to me when I imported a mesh from a grid generator besides ICEM.
I had to start FLUENT with the serial processor in order to import the case file from pointwise. Then after that, I would be able to save the case and reopen in FLUENT with parallel processors. Hope this helps. |

Actually the divergence is strictly related by the dpm injections, for the cases including dpm injections.
If you go on injecting DPM in an unsteady manner, dpm allocates memory and at some point the anlysis crashes. kind of a memory error. switching of the unsteady dpm can solve the problem, but by this way some accuracy may be lost. Last edited by hataysal_e; April 21, 2015 at 10:13. Reason: update |
