Hi I am doing the CFD simulation for a ventilated enclosure, there are some heat sources inside, such as thermal mannequin with the power of 80w. I have very unstable residual if I active the convection and assume the air is incompressible, it doesn’t work so much even with reducing the relaxing factor for momentum. In that case, the residual of energy can not go down to 10^-06. Can anyone give me any advice that how can I solve the problem to reduce the residual unstable? Or if there is any experienced convective fraction from the total heat fluxes of heat sources?
