Hi I have written a journal file in Fluent 12.
My previous journal was in Fluent 6 and I could write: read-case /home/location/gambit.msh But with Fluent 12, I cannot get the syntax right to get locate the file where the mesh is stored. For example, Fluent 12 writes: /file/read-case "gambit.msh" When I change this to : /file/read-case "/home/location/gambit.msh" This does not recognise the path and fails to load the file Any ideas anyone. Thanks in advance Krish |

*did you try without "..."
*else start fluent from your working directory (where your mesh file is stored), then you shouldn't have problem any more, since you don't have to specify any path

Starting from the working directory is not really an option. I am running an optimization code and moving files to make it work would make the code and output very messy. Thanks for your help Krish |
