akm is on a distinguished road
i am simulating Gas-solid fluidized bed using Euler-Euler framework.

with increasing velocity the pressure drop should increase gradually until the velocity reaches the minimum fluidization velocity after which the pressure drop should remain constant.
but using the eulerarian framework, i am getting the same pressure drop for packed bed, as that for a fluidized bed. there is no change in pressure drop with changing velocities.
what could have gone wrong? are there any settings in fluent to specify that the bed is packed?
kindly help me.
