Do you mean y+? Display->contours->turbulence->wall y+

Sorry about that! I think for u+, you'll need to create a custom field function. I don't think it is a built-in function. In the FLUENT 6.3 User's Guide, check out section 30.5.1 about how to do this. In a nut shell, you'll define u+ based on functions that are built-in to FLUENT.
