Air & water mixing problem

i'm giving inlet air & water in a cylindrical tank which is multiphase flow, so i tried elurian & volume of fluid model as a multiphase model.
but the problem is i want mass fraction of O2 at different points which i'have created. with mass fraction also i'm not able to get contours and pathlines of the flow. what are the best model for air -water mixing ???? please help me in this problem...........
