Default plotting head coefficient v/s flow coefficient

hello all i need some hep!!!!!

i have modeled a 2d stator blade of a compressor have solved it in fluent but my problem is to compare it with test data and where i have to find in the flow coefficient. How can i plot the head coefficient v/s flow coefficient, help would be appreciated.
