Unhappy UDF for non sinusoidal or varying amplitude motion with respect to time

hi all
I want to write UDF for non sinusoidal oscillation or(say time varying amplitude, sinusoidal motion ) but, not able to write it. can any one help me??
oscillation is sinusoidal and time varing like, for sine curve the upper half of cycle (+ve y-axis side) amplitude is different from lower half(-ve y-axis) of the cycle.plz help me .
