In what range should the observed order of grid convergence be?

Hi,
I've been reading Roache "Verification and Validation in Comp. Sc. and Eng." but haven't found an answer to the following question: What range is acceptable for the observed order of convergence? For a 2nd order method it should be near 2.0, but how near? Thanks! |
