Hey,
First post here and been using fluent for a semester now. I'm working on modeling a Shrouded Wind turbine within a wind tunnel using Fluent. I need to create a pressure jump within the shroud to model the turbine. I went ahead and used gambit to create the meshing and fluent to model the flow through the Wind turbine.
I have attached an image & links to the files along with this post to try n clarify my problem.

Problem:
I can't successfully export the mesh into fluent and be able to define the interior within the shroud as a porous media.

In the image file, the outermost box along with the shroud and diffuser form one face. The box within the shroud creates another face which is supposed to represent the pressure drop.

Everything moves over into fluent pretty well except for the interior within the shroud. It shows up as 2 vertical walls instead of a box.
Please try running the "west" mesh file using fluent (http://www.sendspace.com/file/13t0mg). I attached the required files for gambit within this link (http://www.sendspace.com/file/k2ehfh).
Please, Let me know what changes I should make if you figure it out. Really appreciate the help. Thanks
