I have a PC (AMD 4 processor 64 bit) and my operating system was Windows 64 Vista ultimate. I always launched parallel processing with "fluent -t4" instrucion and it was working without problem.
Now and after formatting my PC, and when I want to launch it I receive this error message " Windows do not find 'fluent' ". where is the problem. note: I installed same Windows. |

check the Environment variables of ur computer
in windows seven 64 bit, (seven and vista will have the same procedure i guess): goto my computer properties, goto advanced system settings, then click on environment variables, in the system variables list, select path and click edit, now to this path variable, add these two paths c:\fluent.inc\;c:\fluent.inc\ntbin\win64\ note that ur fluent.inc folder should be placed in C drive directly not in some other folder like program files or something else hope it solves ur problem... for 3d case u have to use "fluent 3d -t04" command, i have never used simply "fluent -t04" ...... :s |

Thank you very much for your answer, I followed the stages of your method and it works very well.
I have another question: Is't the same procedure for Windows xp and Win 32? Once again…. Thank you! |
