Hello every1,
I am modeling 'mass transfer' in three phase fluidised bed using a cavitation model for air and liq in Fluent 6.3. But i am unable to find a 'relevant' paper or an experimental data regarding the same (previously done) anywhere on net which i am to validate. Can anyone pls suggest me some paper or post a link or two for them here......!!

i ll be highly grateful..

regards,
vinay

Hello Vinay,
What exactly do you want ? a mass transfer model or exp data for 3phase fluidized bed process? btw, what do you mean by "cavitation for air and liquid..." - liquid cavitation may be ...but the inclusion of air is little confusing...are you working on liquid (and its cavitation vapor) + air?

Let me know your requirement, I ll try getting some docs for that purpose.

i just want experimental data for simple three phase fluidization. And by cavitation i meant, i m using the 'cavitation model' (in fluent) for finding the mass transfer between air and liquid (i am concerned only with mass transfer between air and liquid and not solid-liq or air-solid).

The kind of liquid and air will i think depend on the type of experimental data i will get, since i am just validating it in fluent.

I made myself pretty clear i guess..!!

thanx cfdtoy for help..!!
guys pls help .......!

regards,
vinay
