i am modeling gas–liquid flow in pipes and i have a question

if i want to draw the XY plot to show the velocity change across the pipeline ... how to do it ,most of the pipeline tutorials are symmetric so they take it around the centerline which is not ismy case

so can any one help please

Thank you !!!!
