Hi everyone and good day.
Can anyone here give me some idea on how to setup parallel proc for fluent 6.3.26 on multiple pc? I'm thinking to link up 1 master + 4 nodes computers to create a cluster and each of them are using Win XP 32 bit with 2GB ram. Each pc is linked up with LAN connection speed of 100Mbps. Currently, each pc is using fluent 6.3.26, serial processing. |

Hi all!
I'm trying to run FLUENT 6.3.26 parallely on two different PCs connected in a network. I installed previously the version 1.0.3 of MPICH2 because it was the one compatible with this version of FLUENT. Anyway, when I start the launcher it says that I have problem with MPICH2 because there is no MPICH2 service running or the version mismatches. It suggest to download the MPICH2 version from the download page of FLUENT... Does anyone have the link to this page or the executable version of MPICH2 compatible? Thank you, Francesco |
