Default What pressure-velocity coupling to use?

He everyone,

This should be a simple question for some, but not for me.
In a fluent calculation, I don't know what pressure-velocity coupling and why. My predecessor used coupled, Courant Number=1, and it seems the solution converges and that the results are consistent. He used in the initialization Turbulent Kinetic Energy= 156 m2/s2 and Turbulent Dissipation Rate=4579 m2/s3, but I don't know why he used these values. I'm using the same mesh so It should converge but it does not. I really don't know why.
