hii guys can any one help me in meshing the chamber below, its too simple i hav made this in solidworks n made it to volume in gambit n tried to mesh it,but its not completly meshed when i use hyd, tre mesh type. i got it like this. so can any one help me

As far as I can see in the picture, you have highly distorted elements, so after meshing faces, Gambit can´t create volume elements. MAybe you mesh the entire volume. I suggest you to mesh manually edges and faces, so you can have a look about elements quality while you are meshing.

as i know, fillet/round the sharp edges will be helpful.

Apply Size funtion, where you get highly skewed cells on the right
