I am studying a dam which is being filled with sediments as the time passes. It is a steady state analysis. I have to analyze pressure and velocity profiles at different locations.

First of all i think that your problem is unsteady as the situation of the dam changes with time. This can be achieved in fluent using the eulerian multiphase Model. However you will probably need to use a UDF in order to incorporate the bed level change as particles settle down. however i dont know the capabilities of cfx in doing something like that. I have never used it.
