I am Working on a bread baking problem using multiphase models. I have to give volume fraction of water for bread which is placed inside oven. Whenever i give volume fraction it will be given to oven also. how to give volume fraction of water so it will take for only bread not entire oven.
can any one help me to sort this problem?
