I have a case were I meshed a geometry with 4.7 million cells. I meshed in Gambit, and the solver I am using is Fluent 5.
Once I am ready to start the iteration process, I get an Warning that reads, out of memory. malloc.storage: unable to malloc Velocity SA. SEE IMG: http://i1009.photobucket.com/albums/...luentError.jpg About how many cell is to much? This must depend obviously on a systems capacity, for 2.33GHz, 64bit, 16GB RAM, What would be a resonable cell count without running into trouble? |
