Hi,

Can some one guide me that how we can do the modeling of rate and shape of ice accretion on airfoil. Presently i have model the droplet trajectories and have estimated the collision efficiency of the droplets hitting the airfoil. Now i am not sure that how to model the shape of ice accretion using Fluent. If some one has experience -.-.... plz update me. Thanks

Hey,

I need help in the same area. I'm trying to simulate ice accretion using fluent as well. So far I've used DPM and injection options to simualte water droplets, how do I go about the accretion procedure? Please help.
