Default Can POLYFLOW be used with turbulent flows ?

Can POLYFLOW be used with turbulent flows ? I've never used POLYFLOW, and are considering to buy it. I can't find this info on its web sites. I know POLYFLOW can be used with laminar models but can't find if it can be used with turbulent ones.
