Data collecting for Fuel mass fraction.

Hi,

i currently running on simulation of engine with propane direct injection. I need to get the data of the propane mixing with fresh air. is that any method for me to get the data in 3D?

I expect to slice the 3D combustion chamber to pieces and grab the data of propane mass fraction on each cube so i can understand well on the mixing of Propane in every section. Any idea how to do that?

does anyone have a solution to show the mixing data ?

I have no idea how to present a data which can show me the spot which have good mixing.
