Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could help with an issue whilst I am trying to load *.msh file translated from ICEM. The following error appears whilst its Building the Grid. 5124 nodes. 4952 quadrilateral cells, zone 11. 9732 2D interior faces, zone 12. Building... grid, Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: () If I load a normal structured mesh it works fine however it seems to fall over whenever I try to load this mesh which has got some multiple blocks and layering. If I write out the output in Plot3D from ICEM it works fine however it fails for a *.msh file. I looked around of what this error might mean. Many get this error when using UDFs where some memory leak could be an issue. But this is not the case here. The number of cells is limited (5K elements) and the machine has 1 GB of mem. Any help is appreciated. Simon |
