Default GAMBIT mesh density?

I'm studying flow around a flat plate through a large contained volume. How dense would the mesh need to be if the flat plate is around 5mm in height, 5mm in length and 40mm in width and the contained volume is 1m x 1m x 1m.

I don't want to waste too much time meshing it overnight to find I get incorrect results and I haven't worked on GAMBIT or FLUENT too much. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
