Default Temperature profile on an interface

Hi everyone,

I have some measured data that I'd liked to set on my simulation as temperature profile in order to check if my simulation runs correctly. This temperature profile lays on a surface which is also an interface between a fluid and a solid.

I have interpolated with Matlab the value of the total temperature for all points on the surface and I have to set back this values in Fluent.

Here I can't find a way to set this profile on the surface. When I tried to set the boundary condition of the surface, the thermal condition is on coupled and I can only define a heat generation rate and not a temperature.

Does Anyone have A Clue?
