Usually this means your simulation is diverging, which can be caused by many reasons. Mesh quality, discretizing and numerical schemes, initialisation, and others.
Please recheck your simulation, and try again. If that doesn't help, you might want to start with a simpler case, and use this case as the initial condition for your actual case. You can also try to reduce your under relaxation factors. Hope that helps. |
