Default import matrix from .txt

Hello,

i'm a newby in FLUENT and specially in UDFs, so I'm hoping to find some help here.

I need to simulate the flow through a porous medium with different local porosities. This porosities are given as a matrix in a .txt file. For example: 0.8 0.5 0.3 0.2 0.7 0.2 0.1 0.0 0.4 0.1 0.0 0.0

Each porosity should be assigned to a cell in the flow field, which means that the rectangular geometry of the flow field has to be divided exactly in the number of local porosities.

I know I have to use the DEFINE_PROFILE macro for porosities, but besides that I'm clueless. Any help please?

Thanks!
