How to output results for specific elements - HELP

I am doing a project which involves modelling turbulent flow in a heat exchanger. I need to be able to say at what distance down the pipe the temperature profile is fully developed (the inner tube is a constant temp and no losses in the outer tube). To do this I would like to plot the temerature of the elements adjascent to the outside wall against distance x down the pipe. So far all I have been able to do is plot the temperature of the outside wall, which doesn't seem to reflect the fluid, or all of the elements in the pipe, from which I can't get anything useful. Any advice on the matter would be much appreiciated! I'm using Fluent 6.2.16. Dan
