Hi I have imported Cad drawing in Gambit with IGES file Format. What i have to do after importing into Gambit. how to mesh the drawing in Gambit. after finishing all requirement to use in Fluent, how to save as Gambit Neutral File to import in Fluent

Please Help me

Are you working with 2d or 3d?

Did you import surface/volume or just edges?

For 2d geometry, you have to construct surfaces.

For 3d geometry, you have to construct volumes.

Then you can mesh your geometry.

For exporting into Fluent, you need to export the mesh file (*.msh)

hi......I have selected "Analysis of flow through draft tube" as my final year project. i have been able to create a 3d model using gambit.i have a doubt regarding meshing can we mesh the hollow section in some way or the other
