Default Requesting plane properties: DEFINE_DPM_OUTPUT

Hallo,

thank you for reading my request.

Currently, I am working on a UDF which uses the DEFINE_DPM_OUTPUT macro. My intention is to get some information from the plane, which was hit by a particle. For instance, I would like to know the plane ID or the coordinates by which it was defined.

I know that there is a pointer to the plane. I read it in the definition of the DEFINE_DPM_OUTPUT function, which you can find here:

http://cdlab2.fluid.tuwien.ac.at/LEH...udf/node67.htm

Unfortunately, I do not know which command to use in order to get the information I need.

Is there maybe a list of macros for the plane pointer? How could I get the ID of the plane, the particle is just hitting, when the DEFINE_DPM_OUTPUT function is called?

I wish you a happy fourth advent,

best regards,

Julian
