Default Phase Interaction

Hi, I am Engineer Student. I'm making a simulation of a drying of a polymerfilm and I have a problem by giving the rate of mass transfer from liquid phase to gas phase at phase interaction panel.

I'm using VOF or Mixture modell. I want to define the mass flux of evaporating of the polymerfilm solvent from the liquid phase to gas phase as a function of surface temperature.

At the panel (or with UDF) i should give the rate of mass transfer in kg/m^3?(from the manual) what is that for rate? mass transfer coefficient should be in m/s.

Have someone done a simulation of drying (paper, or polymerfilm) with FLUENT before? can someone help me or give me an example.
