ubuntu & fluent clash....

hi fellows,
i have installed & run fluent6.3.26 in ubuntu 8.04lts hardy heron 64bit edition. but as it is run from the terminal it cannot find the domainnmae. .....but fluent window opens and it is said that ------fluent process canot be started........ then it asks for the version of fluent,as-- version>... if any version is inputted and entered,then it shows..... .....welcome to fluent 6.3.26 ....copyright... loading............. done can't exec /home/osborne/Fluent.Inc/license/lnamd64/fluentlm-helper91: No such file or directory no error handeler available error: Cortex received a fatal signal (segmentation violation) error object) error:eval:unassigned variable error object: rp-3d .................................... please help |

Hi tamjid,
See if the path for FluentLM is given correctly in the license file. DAEMON FluentLm /....../Fluent.Inc/FSLM10.8/lnamd64/FluentLm Let me know if this helps. |

cannot find any address as you prescribed. why did you write DAEMON. I HAve 64bit ubuntu 8.04lts hardy heron version. please reply |
