I am about to take the cfd course using Fluent & Gambit software.

The instructor said that I should use one of any cfd textbooks for the course.

Does anyone here can suggest me about the cfd textbook to use for this cfd course?

Thank you very much for the help

"Numerical Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow" by Suhas Patankar and "An Introduction to Computational Fluid Dynamics" by HK Versteeg & W Malalasekera are good books for a CFD course. Most commercial CFD software like Fluent use Finite Volume approach and these books give a good insight to this method.

Try "Computational Fluid Dynamics, a Practical Approach" by Jiyuan Tu, Guan Heng Yeoh & Chaoqun Liu. Very good book with Gambit/Fluent cases inside
