a strange erro message

Hi, I am simulating multiphase flow in stirred tanks. I generated the model and meah in Mixsim and then switched to Fluent panel and did the settings for multiphase flow there. Everything was going smoothly if I ran the calculation in Mixsim (or switch to Fluent panel from Mixsim panel). However, a error occured when I ran the calculation in Fluent environment solely. I mean, I closed mixsim, opened Fluent, read the case&data file, and the started iteration. the error mesage is Cell_Function_Values:Unrecognized function: turbulence.
