I tried to add my two words to following post, but I couldn't find a way to do it - I think it is too old. http://www.cfd-online.com/Forum/flue...cgi/read/26492
Nonetheless, I encountered the same problem. Jason explains it well. However, before defining interface one needs to go to Define -> Boundary Conditions, choose the internal edges which couldn't be interpreted as INTERIOR and re-assign the INTERIOR boundary condition. If Fluent cannot read it, it will assign WALL boundary condition by default. After assigning INTERIOR proceed as Jason describes. Regards, Krystian |
