Questions about time step in DPM

In DPM, Fluent provides DEFINE_DPM_TIMESTEP(name,p,ts) for changing the time step where the third argument(ts) is the time step. My question is, when I print ts and P_DT(p) in DEFINE_DPM_TIMESTEP, I found they are different. In addition, I also print P_TIME(p) and found that P_TIME(p) is the accumulated value of P_DT(p). So, seems that ts is nothing to do with P_DT(p) and P_TIME(p). How do I change the time step and make it constant. Thanks.
