Hello all,

Is it possible to test the stability (or strength) of a structure against the flow of a liquid(say water) in FLUENT.

Here i am explaining my problem: I have a Cylindrical tube of dimensions 500mm diameter and 2m length. There are about 10 glass rods are placed in the cylinder from one end and from the other end water flows into the cylider. Now i would like to calculate the stability of the glass rods against the water flow. Is it possible to solve this problem in Fluent? if so please let me know the procedure.

Thanks in advance
