Venturi tube results make no sense

Default Venturi tube results make no sense

I'm running a venturi tube under RSM (both steady and unsteady, both first and second order) but I keep ending up with a throat velocity of something like 5000ft/s when it should be about 1/10th of that. Anyone have any ideas why that might happen?

check the grid is scaled correctly using grid>scale or grid check to confirm domain extents
