Wow!!! Difficult question!

You have 1-phase or 2-phase flow? Water is defined as a phase or as a species?

Haha i'm using a 2 phase flow with water and oil. The water droplets generated seem to be like sticking on the walls of my structure which is why i'm thinking maybe the walls are set to be hydrophilic. I'm trying to see if there is a way to change this setting or not. One of the forum users bohis said that it is possible to set the contact angle so i'm seeing if this works or not. Any ideas?

Then set the contact angle to the suitable wettability angle corresponding to the hydrophobicity of your surface-liquid combination.
