Help! How to find efficiency of hydro turbine?

Hi everybody,

I simulated the Francis turbine (Hydro turbine) in FLUENT.Please let me know How to find efficiency of hydro turbine? I used the boundary conditions as follow.

At inlet to casing- Mass flow inlet At outlet of draft tube-Pressure outlet Runner is taken in Moving reference frame

Now, the resultant head betweenn inlet and outlet comea out as 63 m, whereas the actual head of the turbine is 48 m.

Please.... please if anybody know this, let me know what could be the reasons for this difference.

Also, please tell me what other parameters I can check to varify the results.
