PPM calculation

Hi there,
I have followed the steps in tutorial. I don't get the NO PPM concentration calculation. I understand the last two equations but not the first one. Why in the denominator they subtracted one from H2O? Some one advice me on this please. Thanks Kind Regards Elleana |
