Default Variable Operating Pressure (field)

I want to model a free surface channel. In this channel there is a floating object wich is not moving. I think that the best way to do this is with a variable Operating Pressure (like a variable "atmospheric pressure field"). I dont find in FLUENT 6.3.26 how to do this. Is it posible to put a variable field of Operating Pressure? Thank you, Arturo.
